RN Client Care Coordinator - Part-time

Home Instead is the largest network of Home Care Agencies in the Country and is looking to hire caring individuals to positively affect the face of aging in Northeast Oklahoma. The PT RN Client Care Coordinator will assist and support our Client Care Director in overseeing all of our Client Care and ensure we are delivering quality care that enhances the lives of aging adults in their home. The main territory will include Tulsa, Rogers, Mayes, Delaware, Ottawa, and Craig Counties.

The main duties will include:

Initial consultations Writing plans of care Quality assurance visits for both the client and care professionals with suggestions on how to improve care Assist in the training and coaching of care professionals to ensure skills are appropriate for level of care needed Those applying for Client Care Coordinator must have: A Nursing degree from an accredited college of nursing, with a current certified nursing license. A valid drivers license Proof of Auto Insurance Compensation will depend on years of experience and nursing background and will range from $40 - $44 per hour.
