This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced, client-focused environment and are passionate about delivering a strong customer experience. The organization specializes in donor-advised funds, helping individuals manage and direct charitable giving.

Seasonal Donor Relations Associate (Hybrid)

Location:

Conshohocken, PA (Hybrid)

Pay Rate:

$20

  • 23/hour
Schedule:

Monday-Friday (multiple shifts available)

Assignment Duration:

Mid

  • September through mid-
January Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for donor and client inquiries via phone and email
  • Manage high-volume interactions: approximately 60% Salesforce case management and 40% inbound calls
  • Assist donors with account access, platform navigation, and donation processing
  • Communicate with donors, financial advisors, and internal teams
  • Accurately document all interactions in Salesforce
  • Troubleshoot account and system-related issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure resolution of inquiries
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing development
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience (required)
  • Experience in financial services, call center, retail, or client-facing roles preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
  • Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth individuals and external partners
  • Tech-savvy; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Positive, professional, and customer-focused mindset
Schedule & Hours:
  • Typical shifts include: 8:30am-5pm, 10:30am-6pm, and 11:30am
  • 7pm
  • Flexibility required during peak season (November-December)
