We are looking for a full-time Senior Client Service Associate (Investments) to assist high-net worth financial advisors at our Rockaway, NJ office. This individual must be meticulous, a strong problem solver, and someone who takes ownership on issues and sees them through. Candidates MUST be investment licensed and have experience. This position is on-site role, Monday through Friday. We will consider a hybrid schedule once the candidate has proven themselves to be a seasoned professional [4:1]. Paid training will take place at both the Woodcliff Lake and Rockaway offices. What you'll be doing: Investment Specialist Discuss and explain investment accounts and insurance policies etc. Must understand different retirement account types. Assist with asset rollover process. Manage execution of Required Distributions, Money Movements, and ROTH Conversions (Non-Qualified Stretch, Beneficiary IRA, RMDs, etc.). Prepare NetX360+ paperwork, ensuring accounts are open in good order and must notify advisor when accounts are funded. Keep ongoing investment notes for all accounts. Create and manage Living Balance Sheet for all new clients. Client Services Assist clients with problems and questions. Ability to have educated investment/insurance conversations. Follow through problems until they are completely resolved. Oversee the claims process and confirm paperwork is completed and submitted appropriately. Ensure positive client experience.
