Job Description
Everforth ECS is seeking a SeniorField Service RepresentativebasedinDoral, FLtoleadcombatantcommandintegrationwork. Everforth ECS seeks a Senior Field Service Representativeto support the development,integrationand improvement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cloud Solutions for a DoD Customer, with emphasis on the betterment of AI&human teamingintargeting workflowsacross a combatant commandenterprise.
The candidateassistsin managing a multi-faceted,dynamic project at the leading edge of the operational AI initiative and serves as alocaldeputy for the Project Manager who administers the portfolio. The candidate has experience successfullyexecutingprojects in a complex and uncertain environment. The candidate is proficient in the collectionand curation of information from various user bases to drive critical AImodel improvements anduser interface (UI)workflow enhancementsspecificallyto improve fires support and AI enabled mission command development.
The work is performed in a multidisciplinary team setting, with varying and competitive vendors in which the candidate's management skills and tactfulcooperationwill be tested. The candidate will be liaison to several lines of effort from Everforth ECS managed programs delivering insights and revolutionary capabilities directly to the USMilitary customersand Operational ForcesbothCONUS and OCONUS. Theidealcandidate isdecidedly self-motivated and enthusiastic about implementing and developingnew technologiesin a dynamic environment where initiativethroughoutside-the-box thinkingisvaluedandwhere deadlines are important to national security.
The candidate will contribute to a critical pathfinder program for the Department of Defense (DoD) that is changing how we gather, share, integrateandinvigorateintelligencework.
This entailsdisplayingthe ability to assessanydelta between current and desired end-state, essentialtasksrequiredtoreduce that gap, while developingoptimalmethods forleveragingAI capabilities.
Coordinate a diverse team of baselineusers,technical,and subject matter experts in the execution of a variety of requirements supporting several projects deliveringnewand/or improvedcapabilities to the tactical edgein line withthe strategic vision of this USG program.
Manage Cost, Schedule, Performance (Deliverables), Scope and Risk for several concurrent projects in the portfolio to deliver customer requirements.
Work directly with the Government team dailyvia hybrid work environmentsto define requirements, adjust to changing priorities, and adapt to strategic challenges that influence focus of effort. Have the skill and ability tooperatein an Agile environment andto quickly respond to changerather thanbe tied toa rigid plan.
Interface with support functions including contracts, procurement, legal,logistics,and HR to execute program and project activities.
Coordinatewith functional leads toacquirematrixed support to provide necessary skillsforcompletion ofproject tasks and work packageswhileserving as a collaborative leader toproject team members.
Ability to travel occasionally in support of project activities both CONUS and OCONUS.Prepare and deliver status reportsfor site activitycovering ongoing efforts,leadership engagements, and distinguished visitor events.
Provide weekly project updates to the Government Program Manager and Everforth ECS management teamvia VTCmeetings during EST business hours.
