Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative in our Optical Laboratory. Responsibilities:

Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently. Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers. Assist customers with placing orders and resolving issues. Perform light office duties as needed.

Necessary Skills:

Basic computer proficiency. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Fluency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledgeable about optical field terminology and practices. Familiarity with single vision/progressive lenses, lens materials, PD-height-add-prism. Previous experience in an optical store, optometry practice, or laboratory.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30

PM Salary:
