Role:

As a Service Support Specialist you will be the welcoming face and voice of our agency, ensuring every client interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and efficiency. From managing inquiries and processing policy changes to maintaining accurate records and collaborating with our team, you'll play a critical role in providing the best experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Exceptional Service:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

Client Coordination:

Greet clients upon arrival, understand their needs, and connect them with the appropriate team member for assistance.

Policy Management:

Accurately process policy changes and update information in our agency management system.

Issue Resolution:

Respond promptly to inquiries, resolving concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Task Efficiency:

Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, adhering to training guidelines and agency standards.

Document Preparation:

Prepare and distribute insurance certificates and policy documents as needed.

Collaborative Support:

Work closely with colleagues to ensure client needs are met seamlessly.

Mail Processing:

Open and process agency mail according to established procedures.

What We're Looking For:

Previous customer service experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of organization and attention to detail. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Proficiency with computer usage and email management. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A desire to pursue an insurance license and grow within our agency is preferred. Why Join Us?
