Supply Chain Specialist- Hybrid, Cranston RI Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage orders accurately, including inventory allocation, packing, and shipping coordination. Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts, resolving inquiries and issues promptly. Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation. Support general office tasks as needed and contribute to a team-focused environment.

Requirements:

1+ years of relevant experience in a distribution or office setting (preferred, but not required for recent graduates) Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred Recent graduates with coursework, internships, or hands-on experience in supply chain, inventory, or logistics are encouraged to apply Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced customer service environment

initial in-office training period followed by a mix of in-office and remote work.

Pay rate:
