Job Description What You Can Expect Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across a variety of products and software platforms Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on all company products and solutions Support customers through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, and/or ticketing systems) Identify, document, and report product bugs, trends, and recurring issues to internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement Deliver a high standard of technical support and customer experience at every interaction Required Skills Technical Support Troubleshooting Customer Support Customer Service Call Center Experience Top Skills Technical Support Troubleshooting Customer Service Customer Support Additional Skills & Qualifications (Nice to Have) Law enforcement or public safety experience Networking fundamentals Strong customer service and communication skills High level of technical aptitude and comfort learning new technologies Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Peachtree Corners, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
