What You'll Get $18.00/hr Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (no weekends, no rotating shifts) Paid training from day one Steady, predictable hours for the full run (mid-July to early November) A real look at how a family-owned electrical, HVAC, and generator company runs What You'll Be Doing Answering incoming calls and making homeowners feel taken care of Booking service appointments in our scheduling software Following up with online leads so none of them slip through Staying in touch with field techs throughout your shift Helping coordinate dispatch and appointment timing Answering questions about our electrical, HVAC, and generator services Who We're Looking For You're great with people. You stay organized when the phones get busy. You treat customers and coworkers with respect. You'd rather get it right than rush it.
