Client What You'll Do:
β Handle high-volume inbound customer calls β Assist customers with utility account inquiries, billing questions, payments, and service requests β Process orders and perform billing calculations β Dispatch solid waste collection services when needed β Navigate multiple systems and resources simultaneously β Research and resolve customer concerns independently β Utilize knowledge bases, documentation, and training materials to provide accurate information β Maintain service quality standards and achieve key performance metrics (KPIs)
