Verizon Ambassador

The Verizon Ambassador with us will serve as a trusted resource for customers, guiding them through Verizon's mobile and home solutions with confidence, clarity, and a customer-first approach. This Verizon Ambassador role focuses on delivering a seamless sales and service experience while building strong, lasting customer relationships. As the first point of contact, our Verizon Ambassadors will introduce customers to Verizon's full suite of services, assist with plan selection, resolve inquiries, and ensure every interaction is efficient, informative, and positive.

Verizon Ambassador Responsibilities:

Assist customers with onboarding, including plan selection, eligibility, and service activation to complete sales orders Resolve billing, service, and technical inquiries, escalating complex issues when necessary Work with customers to bring brand awareness to customers and educate them on new services available Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account activity, and sales progress Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth service delivery Identify opportunities for upgrades, bundles, and service enhancements based on customer needs Track customer feedback and insights to support campaign performance and continuous improvement

Verizon Ambassador Responsibilities Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, sales, ambassador, retail, hospitality, or related role Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide customers through Verizon's service options and resolve inquiries. Collaborates effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Explains service options clearly and tailors recommendations to customer needs. •This is an in-person position, with no remote work offered.
