Your Mission Your job is simple: Help every person who walks through our doors (or contacts us online) find the right solution for their goals. This isn't high-pressure sales. It's consultative selling. You'll educate people, build relationships, and help them choose the services that fit their needs. Responsibilities Conduct gym tours Perform consultations Complete body composition scans (training provided) Sell memberships Sell personal training Sell recovery memberships Sell massage memberships Sell detailing memberships Recommend supplement stacks Sell supplement subscriptions Schedule hormone, IV, and weight-loss consultations Follow up with leads Reactivate past clients Generate referrals Ask for Google reviews Attend community events Represent Forge RX professionally Keep all leads organized inside GoHighLevel Ideal Candidate Outgoing Confident Organized Positive attitude Loves talking to people Comfortable with sales Passion for health and fitness Self-motivated Willing to learn Sales experience is preferred.
