Starting pay:

Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly. Conduct product demos and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance the shopping experience. Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and organizing displays to maintain an attractive store environment. Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs while increasing sales. Maintain proper cash handling procedures, including balancing registers and managing cash transactions securely. Use excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or through other channels. Support grocery or retail store operations by ensuring inventory is stocked and products are well-presented. Supervise or assist in supervising team members during shifts when needed, fostering a collaborative work environment. Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members. Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Experience in supervising or leading team members is preferred but not required. Knowledge of retail sales techniques, upselling strategies, and merchandising best practices. Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for retail math calculations. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions. Familiarity with grocery store operations or retail environments enhances performance in this role.
