Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls related to banking products, credit solutions, and account servicing Assist customers by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services Build rapport with customers through active listening, empathy, and clear communication Cross-sell and refer banking products including checking accounts, savings accounts, credit cards, and lending solutions Resolve customer inquiries and concerns while maintaining a positive client experience Accurately document interactions and follow compliance and regulatory guidelines Navigate multiple systems and tools while managing customer conversations efficiently Partner with internal departments when referrals or escalations are needed Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of call center and/or banking experience High School Diploma or GED required Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Flexible to work assigned schedules, including Saturdays and holidays as needed Ability to adapt to change and receive ongoing coaching and feedback Preferred Qualifications Experience in banking or financial services Experience with inbound or outbound contact centers Sales, upselling, cross-selling, or referral experience Experience working in retail, hospitality, or high-volume customer service environments Personal banking experience is a plus Skills Needed Customer Service & Client Relationship Building Active Listening & Communication Attention to Detail Problem Solving Adaptability Sales & Referral Identification Risk Awareness & Compliance Computer Proficiency Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Career Growth Opportunities Training and Development Programs Supportive Team Environment
