Job Description
Customer Service / Front Sales Desk Full Time/ Part-Time openings Daytime availability required : Closed Sat Night and Sunday. StretchLab Lincoln is looking for a dependable, people-oriented front desk associate to help run the studio each day . This role is a mix of client service, booking, lead follow-up, and basic sales conversations. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and an important part of keeping the studio running efficiently. What You'll Do Welcome clients and check them in for appointments Manage the studio schedule and book sessions accurately Respond to calls, texts, and emails promptly Follow up with new leads and missed intros Explain session options, packages, and memberships Assist with daily studio flow and support the General Manager Maintain a professional, friendly environment for clients and staf What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer-service skills Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks Tech-comfortable and able to learn simple booking systems Comfortable speaking with clients about services and pricing Positive attitude and a professional presence.
