This is not a typical call center role—this position is designed for someone who delivers a white-glove, concierge-level patient experience with every interaction.

Our call center is the front door to our practice. We're looking for someone who understands that how we answer the phone matters just as much as the care we provide.

What You'll Do Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency Schedule across multiple providers and locations with a strong focus on accuracy and access Triage patient needs and ensure timely, appropriate routing of messages Deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience on every interaction Partner closely with clinical and administrative teams to support patient care What Sets You Apart Proven experience in a medical call center or specialty practice A true service mindset —you anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and follow through Ability to stay composed and organized in a busy, high-demand environment Strong attention to detail and ownership of your work Experience with EMR systems ( AthenaOne preferred ) Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) strongly preferred Why This Role Join a growing cardiology group committed to operational excellence Be part of a team that values accountability, collaboration, and patient experience Opportunity to contribute to building a best-in-class call center model Additional Considerations This role is best suited for individuals who: Are comfortable managing a high call volume while maintaining a consistently elevated level of service Take pride in reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance , recognizing the critical role this position plays in supporting both patients and providers If you take pride in delivering exceptional service and want to be part of a high-performing healthcare team, we encourage you to apply.
