•Phoenix Specialty in Bamberg, SC is excited to announce that we have an immediate Customer Service Representative position open! The job duties are as follows: Meet customer service goals, KPIs, and quotas Reviews and Enters Customer Orders/Amendments into Computer System Correctly and in a Timely Manner Assigns Stock and Creates Production Routers, Merchandises Parts Handles Customer Expedites - manages customer orders from Order Entry through Shipment Coordinates with multiple departments internally (Sales, Quality, Shipping, Production) Reviews and Maintains Customer Requirements, Terms and Conditions Direct Correspondence and Communication with Customers to address all concerns after PO has been placed with Phoenix Scans Documents, other Clerical work Works Safely To Prevent On The Job Injuries By Following All Safety Rules And Regulations General Housekeeping Duties Other Duties as
Assigned Qulifications:
Be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner with both written and verbal communication. Skilled in Outlook, Word and Excel programs Accuracy of Data Entry is essential. Ability To Work in

High School Diploma/GED Experience Required:
