About the Role We're seeking an Administrative Assistant - Client Services to be the welcoming first point of contact for our firm and the friendly face families meet when they reach out for help. This role blends front office coordination, client intake, and general administrative support. You'll greet clients, answer calls and emails, manage schedules, handle supplies and deliveries, and assist with daily operational tasks that keep our office running smoothly. What You'll Do Greet clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and empathy Manage incoming calls, messages, and client inquiries Conduct structured intake conversations and schedule consultations Track and update client information using our case management system Support attorneys and staff with scheduling and light administrative tasks Coordinate supplies, mail, deliveries, and vendor requests Run occasional local errands such as FedEx drop-offs or courthouse filings Help maintain a welcoming, organized front office environment Collaborate with the legal and marketing teams to enhance client experience What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required; backgrounds in communications, business, marketing, public relations, psychology, or related fields are especially valued. 2+ years of experience in professional services sales, client services, or intake coordination required Strong interpersonal and communication skills- you lead with empathy while keeping conversations clear and purposeful Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a busy office A team player who takes initiative and contributes to a positive environment Familiarity with CRM or case management systems is helpful (training provided) Experience in legal, medical, counseling, or other high-trust service fields is a plus Why Join Us At Brinkley Law Firm, your work will directly impact families navigating life-changing moments.
