Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone with account-related needs, payment processing, loan applications, and general account inquiries. This is a full time position. Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Key Reponsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Assist customers with payment processing and account payments Guide customers through loan application processes and answer related questions Respond to general account inquiries and provide accurate information Handle cash payment transactions without discrepancies Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Perform basic data entry and navigate computer systems efficiently Provide excellent customer service while resolving customer concerns

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with common office systems Ability to handle money accurately and resolve discrepancies responsibly Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous customer service, cash handling, or call center experence preferred but not required Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

Compensation:

This is an entry-level position. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications, with pay varying accordingly.
