Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide Spanish-English interpretation support during a short-term contract assignment. This role will assist with communication in both group presentation settings and individual conversations, helping ensure information is clearly understood by all participants. The assignment is expected to span three days and requires someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a public-facing environment.

• Responsibilities:

• Provide live interpretation between English and Spanish during a scheduled presentation delivered to a group audience.
• Support one-on-one discussions by accurately conveying spoken information between participants in both languages.
• Maintain a detail-oriented and respectful communication style while representing the organization during all interactions.
• Help attendees and team members understand key messages by delivering clear and culturally appropriate verbal translation.
• Respond to customer-facing questions and communication needs in a courteous and service-oriented manner.
• Remain engaged throughout extended work periods, including a full-day schedule with planned breaks, while sustaining accuracy and consistency.
