Job description: Overview Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Professional and become the vital link between our company and valued clients. In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional support, foster positive relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction across diverse communication channels. Whether engaging via phone, email, or other means, your proactive approach will drive success and build loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Field incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, while effectively communicating the Battle brand, recognizing and seizing opportunities to increase sales and service. Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management with clarity and professionalism. Detailed data entry and account management to ensure accurate deliveries and service. Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving abilities during client interactions; keeping accurate and detailed notes of calls for follow-up. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues promptly and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in customer service processes. Strong computer skills to manage data entry and correspondence effectively, using industry specific software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Experience in sales or client services enhances your ability to upsell or cross-sell products naturally during interactions Ability to schedule service on a shared platform, using established guidelines, to ensure the most effective and productive time management for service technicians and delivery drivers. Present an image that reflects professionalism, enthusiasm and confidence.
