• + Monday through Friday + Approximately 9:00 AM - 2:00/3:00 PM + 25-30 hours per week

• Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Strong computer skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Job Duties:
• + Provide professional customer service support + Answer phones and respond to emails + Perform data entry and administrative tasks + Maintain accurate records and documentation + Assist with general office operations
• Additional Information:
