Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Entry-Level Customer Service Associate to support payroll operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, providing timely assistance with timesheets, payroll inquiries, and onboarding-related support. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and committed to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage payroll-related inboxes, responding promptly and professionally to employee inquiries Provide customer service support to employees regarding payroll processes, policies, and timekeeping systems Assist new hires with timesheet completion, system navigation, and understanding payroll procedures Review daily timekeeping reports to identify missing or incomplete timesheets Proactively follow up with employees and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate timesheet submission Maintain accurate records of communications and issue resolution within internal systems Support payroll team with administrative tasks and process improvements as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience with timekeeping or payroll systems Basic understanding of payroll processes and policies Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills TRS Staffing Solutions are an equal opportunities employer, and we welcome you to provide OFCCP data voluntarily here
