Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic customer support team as an Email Support, where your excellent communication skills and enthusiasm will drive exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance via email, providing timely, accurate, and friendly support. Your multilingual abilities and sales mindset will help foster strong relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, addressing inquiries with clarity and empathy. Provide detailed product or service information, troubleshooting guidance, and solutions to customer issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including data entry into CRM systems using Microsoft Office tools. Assist customers with account management, order processing, and payment or billing concerns. Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve complex issues effectively. Follow established protocols for escalation when necessary to ensure customer needs are met swiftly. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when transitioning customers from email to outbound calls or follow-up communication. Experience Proven experience in customer support, client services, or call center roles with a focus on email communication. Strong bilingual or multilingual skills in English and at least one other language; fluency in additional languages is a plus. Familiarity with sales techniques and ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation. Previous experience with outbound calling or phone support is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrated excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
Pay:
$23.65 - $28.48 per hour
