Job Description

The Customer Service Representative coordinates between the customers and warehouse staff.
M-F:
7am-3:30pm
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing all incoming calls and emails from customers.
  • Responsible for managing customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely manner and ensuring customer satisfaction at every point in the customer journey from first contact to final resolution.
