What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm. Schedule plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical service appointments. Coordinate with dispatch to maximize technician efficiency. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and social media. Follow up with customers on estimates, unsold work, and completed jobs. Assist customers with financing options and promotions. Accurately enter and update customer information in ServiceTitan. Help maintain daily scheduling and communicate changes with technicians. Handle customer concerns with empathy while working toward positive resolutions. Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Positive, upbeat attitude with outstanding communication skills. Excellent customer service and phone etiquette. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
