Job Description

Position Overview Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Insurance Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member. Active Property and Casualty license is required. We seek an licensed energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role: 1. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license. 2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Greer, SC. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales Develop ongoing networking relationships Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...
