Nova Insure LLC Location:
Hardeeville, SC Full-Time Nova Insure is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in person, by phone, and online. Process payments, policy changes, and customer requests. Support agents with administrative and customer service tasks. Provide exceptional service to our English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (required). Strong communication and customer service skills. Computer proficiency. Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
