Candidate must be proficient in communication, customer service, have a positive attitude, and show initiative. Candidate must be able to use designated field management system to schedule, dispatch, and manage customer data. You will be required to manage multiple service technicians, coordinate utility locates, follow up with customers when needed, and keep track of specific job requirements (i.e. permitting, inspections, equipment) etc. Industry experience with Plumbing Heating and Cooling is not a requirement but helpful. Pay rate varies based on experience and professionalism and will be subject to increase based on job performance.
