Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Representative and become the welcoming face of our resort! In this lively role, you'll deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, efficient service at the front desk. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for memorable stays, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise, multilingual skills, and passion for guest relations in a vibrant resort environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and personalized assistance throughout their stay Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and reservation processing using hotel management software Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Assist guests with their needs, including room assignments, concierge services, and local recommendations Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing guest requests and inquiries efficiently Support night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial records and smooth overnight operations Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns quickly and effectively Foster strong guest relations by listening actively, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding expectations Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a focus on customer service and guest relations Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations Experience with night audit procedures is highly desirable Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and multi-line phone system handling Previous hotel or resort experience preferred; familiarity with guest services is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm makes every guest's stay extraordinary!
