What You'll Do Coordinate Final Walkthroughs:

Review completed jobs weekly and schedule customer visits

Ensure Quality:

Verify materials and work match contract details in our

CRM On-Site Inspections:

Conduct final walkthroughs with homeowners Perform drone inspections (we can train the right person) Handle minor cleanup (ex: missed nails, small touch-ups)

Customer Experience:

Share project photos using CompanyCam Help customers leave positive Google reviews

Documentation:

Upload signed Customer Satisfaction Forms (CSFs)

Final Payments:
