Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Explain repair estimates clearly using estimating software and ensure customers are informed about recommended services Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, transmissions, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and collision repairs to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services Write detailed service orders and maintain accurate documentation of all work performed Communicate effectively with clients regarding vehicle diagnostics, repair progress, and cost estimates Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent client communication throughout the service process Requirements Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in auto service management within a dealership or automotive repair shop Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics, oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, alignments, suspensions, transmissions, diesel engines, shocks & struts, air brakes, and collision repair processes Proficiency with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly Dealership experience is highly preferred; automotive repair or service technician experience is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to facilitate test drives and vehicle inspections Ability to upsell effectively while maintaining integrity and trust with clients Mechanical aptitude combined with sales skills to identify additional service opportunities confidently Embark on a rewarding career where your automotive expertise meets your passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
