Front Desk Agent
  • $14•16/hr Days Inn by Wyndham•Ladson, SC Shift Details Mixed shifts:
Morning Shift:
7:00 AM to 3:00
PM Afternoon Shift:
3:00 PM to 11:00
PM Overnight Shift:
11:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM 2-5 shifts per week depending on availability Weekends and holidays are required Join Our Team Days Inn by Wyndham in Ladson, SC is looking for a reliable and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team.
A Guest Services Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel, answers and processes all phone calls received plus handles all special requests for services or information, and assist with any other assigned task in accordance with hotel policies and procedures to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide excellent customer service Check guests in and out efficiently Answer phones and assist with guest questions or requests Handle reservations and data entry Follow hotel policies and procedures Assist with other front desk duties as needed Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and data entry skills Requirements Must be 18 years or older Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Able to stand, walk, type, and interact with guests for most of the shift Benefits Eligible team members may receive: 401(k) Retirement Plan Supplemental insurance benefits through Aflac including: Dental Vision Short-Term Disability Accident Insurance Critical Illness Life Insurance Apply Today Submit your resume online or apply in person.
