Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit, and mobile payments Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure appealing product presentation Conduct stock replenishment and inventory checks to keep the store well-stocked and inviting Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Assist in product demonstrations and educate customers about features to promote retail sales and product knowledge Handle customer questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive resolution that encourages repeat business Support team members with supervising experience by collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers bilingually if applicable Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is highly desirable Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform stocking duties as needed Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create a welcoming shopping environment Experience in merchandising, product demos, upselling, or supervising roles is a plus Bilingual abilities are an advantage for serving diverse customer needs Join us in delivering outstanding service while developing your retail expertise!
