Job Description

Meyco Pool Covers Since 1957, Meyco Pool Covers has set the industry standard as the original manufacturer of the patented safety pool cover. Our products protect pools across the country, but what truly sets us apart is the service and support we provide to the dealers who rely on us every day. As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring satisfaction by collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about helping others, and excels at problem-solving. Our customers should be able to describe our team full of experts that deliver unmatched reliability, responsiveness, and confidence at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders, requests, and questions via phone, email, and internal systems Serve as a primary contact for assigned dealers, ensuring their orders and requests are handled accurately and efficiently Work closely with sales representatives, designers, and production teams to resolve questions and keep orders moving forward Communicate clearly with customers regarding order details, timelines, and solutions to issues that arise Track and document customer requests using proprietary and PDF-based systems Prepare reports and maintain spreadsheets as needed Support the broader Customer Solutions team and assist other departments when needed This is a full-time, on-site position in our office. During our busy season (typically August and October), overtime may be required to support the increased demand from our dealers. Core Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize work Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and tools A calm, professional approach when solving problems or handling time-sensitive situations A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support coworkers
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or sales support Confidently navigates through multiple computer systems and tools to research, comprehend, and deliver solutions to the customer in real time. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), email, and PDF software This role requires employees to be present on-site during their entire scheduled work hours.
