Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our operations during the 2nd shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating professionally, and working in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent service to customers and internal teams. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and escalate issues as needed
  • Document interactions and update customer records accurately
  • Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude during all customer interactions
  • Support operational or administrative tasks as assigned during the shift
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent service delivery ________________________________________ Qualifications
  • Prior customer service experience (call center)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and comfort working with multiple systems
