Customer Service Representative

Best Friends Pet Care is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our nationally recognized, 100% employee-owned (ESOP) and operated company. We currently operate 80+ locations nationwide, have been in business for over 30 years and are hiring people who are passionate about delivering outstanding experiences to both pets and their parents. What You'll Do As Customer Service Representative , you'll be the first point of contact for our clients—setting the tone for a warm, professional, and memorable experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting clients with a friendly, upbeat attitude in person and over the phone Managing check-ins, check-outs, tours, and guest visits Answering calls, emails, and voicemails promptly and professionally Booking reservations and updating client records accurately Explaining services, policies, and procedures clearly and empathetically Proactively resolving client concerns and escalating when needed Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment Collaborating with team members to ensure continuity of care Promoting additional services such as grooming, training, and enrichment What We're Looking For 1+ year of high-quality, customer service experience Pet/animal handling experience Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Comfortable handling dogs on leashes and lifting up to 40 lbs Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays High school diploma or equivalent A passion for animals and a professional, team-oriented attitude.

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
