Coastal RV Center Ravenel, SC (Charleston Area) Full-Time Join Our Team! Coastal RV Center is a growing, family-owned RV dealership committed to providing an outstanding customer experience before, during, and after the sale. We are looking for a detail-oriented Warranty Clerk / Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department. If you have experience processing warranty claims for an RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or heavy equipment dealership, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do As our Warranty Clerk, you'll be responsible for ensuring warranty claims are submitted accurately and processed quickly while supporting both our customers and service team. Responsibilities Process and submit manufacturer warranty claims accurately and on time. Submit and manage extended service contract (ESC) warranty claims. Review repair orders for warranty eligibility and proper documentation. Communicate with manufacturers regarding approvals, denials, and claim corrections. Monitor outstanding warranty receivables and follow up on unpaid claims. Maintain organized warranty records and documentation. Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure complete repair documentation. Answer customer questions regarding warranty coverage and claim status. Stay current with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures. Assist the Service Department with administrative tasks as needed. QualificationsRequired Strong organizational and computer skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and customer service skills Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Preferred Warranty administration experience RV dealership experience Automotive dealership warranty experience Marine or powersports warranty experience Experience using dealership management software (IDS, Lightspeed, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar) Training is available for the right candidate with strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn.
