Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy team in Rock Hill, South Carolina. This Contract to permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, handling order-related activity, and keeping account details organized in a high-volume setting. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for inquiries, issue resolution, and service coordination while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and review customer orders carefully to ensure complete and accurate processing.
• Maintain customer account information and update records to reflect current details and activity.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone and other communication channels in a thorough and timely manner.
• Address service concerns and complaints with sound judgment, working toward solutions that support both customer satisfaction and company standards.
• Provide clear, accurate guidance on products and services by staying informed on current offerings.
• Partner with internal teams to coordinate support, resolve issues, and improve the overall customer experience.
