Job Description

Pay:
$16.00 per hour Job description: Coastal Turf is a lawn care company that has proudly been in operation for over 21 years. Our longevity is due largely to our team of dedicated employees; many of which have been with us for 10+ years. Over the years, Coastal Turf has built a reputation of superior customer service. When our customers call us, a local employee is there to answer the phone, whether they have a general lawn care question or a specific problem related to weed control, fertilizer or aeration. Any time of year, Coastal Turf can proactively manage their lawn care needs, giving them peace of mind that their home or business is being cared for by true professionals. We are currently looking for a well-rounded and qualified individual to fill a Customer Service Representative position. Working hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am to 2pm.
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support Communicating with customers through various channels Process payments Data entry Communicating and coordinating with other departments as necessary Making outbound collection calls
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Hours worked Monday through Friday, 8am-2pm Experience with Microsoft Office Experience in Customer Service Strong telephone and email etiquette Knowledge of lawn care industry preferred but not required Knowledge of Service Assistant software preferred but not required
