Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for entire order cycle from order receipt to invoicing Provide fast, courteous responses to clients emails and phone calls Responsible for the routing of all outbound freight via phone and online websites Organize necessary documents for shipping- bill of ladings, packing lists, commercial invoices Book domestic shipments with various carriers and assist drivers arriving for pickups
Requirements:
Exceptional verbal and written skills Highly organized with great attention to detail and follow thru skills Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Prior experience with routing retail shipments preferred Knowledge of routing requirements for major retail businesses such as Burlington, Family Dollar, Amazon, etc. a big plus
