About the Role As our Electronics Buyer, you are the first person every seller interacts with — and the person most responsible for our profitability. You will evaluate devices, make offers, and complete purchases all day, every day. The right person for this role is sharp, personable, and takes pride in knowing the market better than anyone else in the room. You won't just sit behind a counter — you'll be the face of the store for everyone walking in to sell. What You'll Do Evaluate, test, and grade used electronics — iPhones, Androids, MacBooks, iPads, gaming consoles, and more Make competitive, data-backed offers using market pricing tools and eBay sold comparables Deliver a professional, engaging counter experience that turns walk-in sellers into loyal repeat customers Follow the PayMore buying process on every transaction — condition assessment, pricing, documentation, and receipt Keep purchased devices moving from the buy counter to the sales floor within 48 hours Stay current on market pricing trends so our buy prices stay accurate and competitive Flag edge cases and unusual devices to the store manager rather than guessing In downtime, test and list electronics on our website or ship out orders

What We're Looking For Required:

Genuine interest in and knowledge of consumer electronics — you know the difference between a good device and a bad one Confident, warm, and engaging with customers — you can have a real conversation and hold your own at the counter Honest and detail-oriented — you follow process because you understand why it matters, not because you're told to Comfortable making decisions under pressure without second-guessing every transaction Availability to work 30-40 hours per week including Fridays and/or

Saturdays Preferred:
