Job Description
The GOAT Heating & Cooling is a fast-growing, family-owned HVAC company. We are looking for a dependable, organized part-time office team member to help keep daily operations running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly on the phone, detail oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced service environment. This is an in-person role . You'll be the hub between our customers, techs, and management. 20-25 Hours per week. Must be available Mon-Fri Responsibilities Answer incoming customer phone calls and texts Schedule service calls and maintenance visits Manage and organize the daily service schedule Register HVAC equipment warranties Collect past due invoices and follow up on unpaid balances Send invoices, estimates, and maintenance reminders Communicate with customers regarding appointments and updates Maintain customer records and job notes Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable handling phone calls professionally Organized and detail oriented Basic computer and email skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure HVAC or home service industry experience is a plus, but not required Position Details Part-time Flexible hours available In-office preferred Pay based on experience Bonus points if you have Permit/inspection coordination experience Warranty registration experience (HVAC brands) ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar software experience What you get Stable, in-person role with a growing company Supportive team environment Clear expectations and room to grow Pay based on experience (and we value strong performance) .
