The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This role involves engaging with customers through various channels, addressing inquiries, assisting with billing and payments, and resolving issues efficiently. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this position. Position would offer a fairly flexible part time schedule of 25-30 hours per week; 9:00-2:30/3:00 Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone and email. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide updates. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills. Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage customer accounts effectively. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client services. Requirements Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette. Proficiency in computer skills, able to change and adapt to new software systems. Familiarity with sales techniques and client services is advantageous. Highly organized and detail oriented. Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
