As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher (Full-Time) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and plays a key role in driving revenue and daily operations. As a CSR/Dispatcher, you will be helping our residential and business customers often in times when they need it most. When something cracks or shatters, you'll put the customer at ease, making sure their home or business is safe and looking good! We invest in our people and will make sure you have the training, tools, and process to be successful. Dispatching & Operations Schedule and dispatch technicians for residential, commercial, and auto glass jobs Optimize daily routes for efficiency and productivity Coordinate job timelines, materials, and customer expectations Manage work orders and ensure accuracy from start to finish Sales & Customer Service Answer inbound calls and convert inquiries into booked jobs Provide quotes, follow up on leads/opportunities, and close sales Upsell additional services and identify revenue opportunities Deliver a professional, friendly, and solution-focused customer experience Administrative & Support Order glass, parts, and materials from vendors Track inventory and ensure job readiness Process billing, payments, and job documentation Maintain organized records and communication with customers What We're Looking For! 1-3 years of sales, dispatch or related experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Proven ability to sell and close business over the phone Highly organized with strong multitasking ability Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Problem solver with attention to detail Tech-savvy (scheduling systems, CRM "Service Titan", basic office software)

Compensation & Benefits:

Excellent compensation $19-$22/hour (DOE) plus annual bonus based on performance.
