Job Description

Customer Care Representative The Customer Care Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the order lifecycle. This role is responsible for processing orders, addressing customer inquiries, coordinating with production and shipping teams, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels. Provide product information, pricing, lead times, and shipping updates. Handle customer concerns, complaints, and warranty claims professionally and promptly. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation. Update customer accounts and contact information as needed. Document customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Typical day-today functions:
Answer customer calls and emails. Enter and review customer orders. Provide shipment tracking and delivery updates. Coordinate with production and shipping regarding order status. Resolve customer concerns and warranty issues. Update customer records and maintain documentation. Support sales and operations teams with customer-related requests.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Previous customer service, administrative, or order processing experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Online portal experience is a plus.
Teamwork:
Must be able to work well with others/good team player.
Schedule:
Full-time hours between 8am and 5pm. Competitive starting pay with possibility of increase depending on experience. $17-$19/hr.
