Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support across multiple communication channels. Your energetic approach and problem-solving skills will help ensure customer satisfaction, foster loyalty, and promote a positive brand experience. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and live chat platforms Assist customers with account management, billing questions, product information, and technical issues using tools like QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, and maintaining a welcoming office environment Perform data entry tasks such as updating customer records, processing transactions, and filing documents accurately Support office management activities by organizing files, proofreading communications, and managing calendars using Google Workspace and other office software Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendar entries for team members or medical/dental appointments if applicable Maintain organizational efficiency through effective time management, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while delivering outstanding customer support Requirements Proven experience in office settings or clerical roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping skills Prior experience with customer service roles demonstrating strong communication skills and positive phone etiquette Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or as a personal assistant is advantageous Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, proofreading documents, calendar management, and general clerical tasks Demonstrated time management skills ensuring timely completion of responsibilities Join us as a Customer Support Representative where your energy fuels our success!
