Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Prepare, process, and track new account openings, account maintenance, money movements, transfers, and beneficiary updates.
Coordinate and follow up on client paperwork while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist with meeting preparation, client reviews, and follow-up items.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the CRM.Work closely with Charles Schwab to process client requests and resolve account-related inquiries.
Monitor outstanding service requests and proactively communicate updates to clients and advisors.
Coordinate with custodians and other third-party providers to ensure a seamless client experience.
Support ongoing operational projects and contribute to process improvements as needed.

Known for its long-tenured team, organic growth, and white-glove client service, the firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to support two experienced Wealth Advisors and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience.
