This role is essential for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure operational success of the hospital. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of the company. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as necessary. Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized cloud-based records. Assist with scheduling appointments and obtaining patient records from referring veterinarians Provide customer support by answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manager. Process payments for administered services. Support other administrative tasks as assigned by management to ensure efficient office operations.

Experience Candidates should have:

Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role, ideally within a medical or veterinary setting is perferred but not mandatory as this is an entry level role. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), iCloud, Shepherd (Veterinary Software), and DialPad (Phone System) is preferred but not mandatory. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks. Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse clients. Familiarity with office management practices and customer service principles is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in personal assistant roles or administrative positions is preferred but not mandatory.
