Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external customers. This role is responsible for responding to inquiries, providing accurate information, documenting customer interactions, and supporting day-to-day inquiries and operations while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional support to customers and internal teams through phone and email communication. Respond to questions related to applications, account status, and general service inquiries. Record customer interactions accurately within Salesforce or a CRM system. Manage shared support inboxes and ensure requests are handled promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. Investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns while determining appropriate solutions. Identify process improvements and communicate system or workflow recommendations to leadership. Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Meet established quality, productivity, and customer service performance goals. Complete required training and assist with additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of phone-based customer service, sales support, or call center experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities. Ability to use multiple computer screens while navigating phone calls and documenting interactions simultaneously required. Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel required. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a strongly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
